As I lay down on the ground
In complete apprehension and despair,
I wonder to myself about the world
Coming to a closer end.
So many animosity; so many violence,
So much torture and so much destruction.
The skies have turned raven and blood,
The sun is forever eclipsed;
Clouds blanketing with thunder and lightning
And the stormy rain made of blood pours down.
People are falling to their graves as others
Are blasting and slashing.
Innocent victims are screaming and crying
As they get tortured until they are dying.
People are even sinning their lives
With toxins, poisons and the devil’s drinks;
Stealing and crashing with total recklessness
As they drink and smoke the weeds from Hell.
Women have lost their purity and innocence
By men who abducted them for their bodies;
Women killing their unborn without a heart,
Children disappearing and going missing
By strangers who have gross desires for young ones.
Men, women and children, in certain areas
Where are no homes and no finance,
Are lacking nutrition and care, because
Not everyone has the heart to save them.
Feuding gangs all around, in the streets of downtown,
Many rivaling with one another with fatal weapons.
Secret societies destroying the opposite kinds,
Even destroying their own who are for them;
Other violent societies are even killing
By decapitation or setting one on flames;
Meanwhile, as the discrimination persists,
Battles are spreading from the other side.
People of different colors on their skins,
A myriad of them are fighting their opposites
Either for abhorrence or over brutality,
Or over the lack of equality.
Women and children are suffering even more
As they get screamed at and beaten mercilessly
By their own men and dads, who
Drank the drinks from the devil or
Took the poisons within themselves.
Many others, the children and teenagers,
Have been tormented by their own peers
All because of their horrid, difficult lives,
Or of their disabilities or of being queer,
And sadly, they met their fates by
Taking their own lives away.
Children, from thirteen to nineteen,
Are already losing their minds:
Lacking education, taking toxins and the devil’s drinks;
Abusing their parents and other adults; and even the
Children are having kids of their own.
Innocent, endangered animals and beautiful lands
Are being killed and destroyed;
Slaughtered by careless poachers,
Deforested and burned alive by arson,
Being murdered for skin, fur and chemicals,
And being covered with poisoned oils.
Humans bringing cruelty to creatures,
Both big and small, stray and domesticated;
Such neglectful acts, such unfairness,
Giving poor innocent creatures nothing but hate.
All these horrors, all these horrors,
They are too much for me to perceive,
So much pain and agony everywhere,
So much of it, I could just leave this world.
If only I could leave this world of horror,
I’d put myself into a deep, deep sleep.
The only way for me to escape is to
Take the toxins of my own; although
These are not just any toxins; these toxins
Would bring me sleep at every dose I take.
One dose to keep me serene,
Two doses to make me temporarily sleep,
But the third dose, there will be no waking up
And there is no going back.
With these three doses, I shall be in eternal sleep
And never wake up ever again;
I shall dream forever, and dream
Of the perfect peace I heavily desire
And never leave the serenity for eternity.
No more pain, no more witnessing the violence;
No more massacres on humans and animals;
No more battles between enemies from the other sides;
No more bloodshed between gangs and secret societies;
No more tormenting and torturing the innocent;
No more abuse, neglect and even delinquents.
All I want is perfect peace,
Where the skies are bright and gay,
Where there is no global warming,
Where animosity is no such thing,
Where love and nurture is always there,
And where violent acts shall be banned and forbidden.
I shall always dream of the better world,
Where I can stay forever and never leave.
And now, the three doses of toxins
Are already consumed by me.
The eternal sleep has begun…
Time to say good night to the dark
And say good morning to the light.
