PTSD: The Nightmare Room

The worst part of having PTSD is having nightmares every night when I go to sleep. Some of them are caused by my triggers and some are just impetuous from my prescriptive medications:

  • eating animal intestines and embryo despite I’m a vegan
  • seeing ghosts in front of me
  • getting possessed by demons, like in the movie “Lovely Molly”
  • school violence and massacres/locked down in the classroom
  • taking beating hearts out of stuffed animals that are still bleeding
  • going to malls that I hate because of laughing people and couples
  • meeting people I’m afraid of from the past
  • severely self-mutilating myself
  • being in my childhood home, where I was abused as a child but never want to leave
  • stalkers are watching me through the windows
  • faces I’m truly afraid of
