Straitjacket

There’s a monster under my bed

The blood is all carmine red

There are voices in my head

Telling me that I am dead

People look at me like I’m crazy

I feel like a wilted daisy

Things are getting more hazy

My mind is getting lazy

Trying to get under control

But I don’t even fucking know

How to deal with this blackhole

While being stabbed by an arrow

Should I go or should I stay?

Should I get out of the way?

This happens every night and day

Silent screams are all I say

I am falling from Cloud Nine

I am landing on the landmine

I am skydiving from an airline

No, everything is not fine

Trying to listen to Linkin Park

Right here on the bottomless arc

But I can’t seem to make my mark

Now, everything is completely dark

I am drowning in the deep

Don’t know how long I can keep

I just want to hide and seek

It appears that I cannot sleep

Words in my head are growling

The ghost creatures are prowling

Spiders under my skin are crawling

As I persist with the bawling

Listening to Evanescence to calm down

As the voices all come around

Even if I breathe or drown

Or even if I’m buried alive underground

Witches and demons, I’m surrounded by

Guess this is my time to die

The coffin is where I lie

Guess this is goodbye

I am taking my one last breath

As I make my way to Death

It smells like cocaine and meth

Guess I will finally meet MacBeth

Fate has finally come

My death is done

Alive, I will be none

Heaven is where I’m unwelcome

I have finally met my fate

There are many things that I hate

Chess is not my game, no checkmate

Oh no, I’m going to be late

Hell is here, right on the market

I cannot even fill in the bracket

Here comes the Devil, Nurse Ratched

Now… I am forever in a straitjacket
